I believe that you have to contact the developers in order to find out how to log-in into the application. Based on what I saw, it appears there is no public username and password. You will have to register with the National Statistics Office in order o obtain a user and password and then you can log-in.

REÑOS is the surname,but the software doesn't have option for the said letter. copying the letter from the word to the software doesn't also work.
